Cold-headed ML15 steel studs welded to the vertical web at engineered spacing (XY 80cm grid). Each stud penetrates deep into the concrete matrix, locking the joint profile against impact, twist, and vertical displacement.

High-strength Q355B structural steel plates (180×120×8/10mm) housed in precision-molded ABS polymer sleeves. Transfers vertical wheel loads across the joint — the concrete edge never takes direct impact. Allows 20mm longitudinal + 10mm transverse movement.

1.8mm/2.0mm Galvanized Divider Plate

Q235B hot-dip galvanized steel divider. Creates clean pour separation between adjacent slabs. Acts as permanent crack inducer and moisture barrier. Available in 1.8mm (standard) or 2.0mm (heavy-duty).

Q235B hot-dip galvanized steel at 1.8mm gauge. Clean pour separation for slab depths 100–300mm. Acts as permanent crack inducer. Lighter gauge reduces material cost vs. STD-1 2.0mm option.

Q355B Load Transfer Dowels

Structural-grade Q355B steel load plates in ABS polymer sleeves. Steel plate anchoring replaces ML15 shear studs — the folded plate base mechanically keys into the concrete matrix, providing reliable anchorage without welded studs. Standard XY 60cm spacing for enhanced load distribution in medium-duty floors.

Frangible Assembly System

Pre-installed nylon rivets hold both sides as a single unit for transport and installation. Separate naturally after concrete pour — no on-site disassembly required. Supplied in 3m standard lengths with T/L corner options.

Continuous S-curve top edge machined from solid 304 or 316L stainless steel, 10×100mm section. ±30mm wave amplitude. At any wheel position, less than 30% of tire width crosses the joint gap at once — impact force is distributed across the full contact patch. Eliminates perpendicular impact entirely.

Top edge profile in 304 (food processing, regular washdown, indoor hygiene) or 316L (molybdenum-alloyed for aggressive chemicals, marine atmospheres, outdoor exposure). Q235B galvanized steel base substrate provides structural rigidity beneath the stainless upper.

ML15 Shear Stud + Q355B Load Transfer

ML15 cold-headed shear studs welded at reinforced pattern along the web. Q355B structural steel load transfer plates (180×120×8/10mm) in ABS polymer sleeves. Same proven anchoring and load transfer system as STD-1.

1.8mm/2.0mm Galvanized Divider + EVA Option

Factory-installed EPDM water-stop belt prevents moisture ingress and chemical seepage. Ceramic fiber fire-stop belt maintains fire compartmentation integrity. Both seals integrated into side profile receiving channels for consistent, reliable installation.

Engineered load transfer across every joint.

The armoured joint's two galvanized steel edge profiles are cast into adjacent concrete slabs. As the slabs contract after curing, the frangible nylon bolts separate naturally — the joint opens to its designed gap (5–10mm per TR34.4). Embedded Q355B load plates inside ABS polymer sleeves then transfer vertical loads between slabs, keeping both sides perfectly level under traffic while allowing ±10mm lateral and ±20mm longitudinal movement.
