The STD-1 is our most robust system — engineered for logistics hubs, waste transfer stations, and heavy manufacturing plants where joint failure is not an option. Manufactured with Q235B structural steel and ML15 cold-headed shear studs per international standards.

Not every facility needs heavy-duty armouring. For standard warehousing, retail logistics, and light manufacturing, the STD-2 delivers reliable joint protection without compromising core engineering principles. Same 10×100mm Q235B steel profile as STD-1, optimized for pneumatic-tyred traffic and medium-duty applications.

Standard straight-edged joints create a perpendicular impact line — every wheel that crosses hits at 90°. The STD-S replaces this with a continuous sinusoidal S-curve profile. Wheels cross progressively with less than 30% of tire width over the gap at any moment. Purpose-built for AGV/AMR facilities, food processing, and chemical plants. Available in 304 (food grade) or 316L (chemical grade) stainless steel.

Some joints open wider than edge armouring alone can manage — door thresholds, transfer aisles, expansion joints. The STD-3 uses interlocking S-shaped Q355B steel cover plates that span the gap. Wheel loads ride entirely on steel, never touching the concrete edge beneath. Interlocking profile allows longitudinal sliding while maintaining continuous surface coverage.

The joint between a building's foundation and its floor slab must accommodate seismic movement, thermal expansion, and structural settlement — while protecting the gap from traffic and contamination. The STD-4 is a modular system with two independently anchored side profiles and a removable center cover plate. Integrated EPDM water-stop and ceramic fiber fire-stop belts are factory-installed for complete building envelope protection.
